Fiscal Sponsorship Funds

Fiscal sponsorship enables a charitable project to operate and solicit charitable donations under the umbrella of The Miami Foundation’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

As your fiscal sponsor, The Miami Foundation is the tax exempt organization that allows you to receive contributions for your project.

All fiscal sponsorship funds must be established with a minimum fund contribution of $100,000 and maintain an average balance of the same amount.
