Recovery Efforts<\/h3>\n

More than $16 million has been invested in our community to feed families, provide PPE to essential nonprofit workers, keep youth engaged and connected and to ease the emotional stress on residents. We prioritized collaboration in our investments to leverage grants and unlock tens of millions more in recovery resources. Support Grants<\/h3>\n

The Miami Foundation partnered with the Miami-Dade County Department of Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD) to award 423 individual grants totaling $11.3 million to support small nonprofits in their financial recovery from COVID-19. I Did It!<\/h3>\n

Access the I Did It!<\/a> campaign\u2019s vaccine communications toolkit to find information sheets, talking points, and social media posts available in multiple languages. 70,000 Pieces Of Ppe Distributed To 42 Frontline Nonprofits<\/h4>\n

Health Foundation of South Florida<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Florida Blue Foundation<\/a>\u00a0partnered with the Recovery Fund to bulk purchase 70,000 pieces of personal protection equipment (PPE) for frontline nonprofit workers at 42 organizations. They picked up the items at a\u00a0drive-thru event<\/a>\u00a0in July 2020 hosted by Health in the Hood<\/a> and Urban Philanthropies<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”26222″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”” qode_css_animation=””][vc_column_text css=””]\n

Pepsico, Inc. And Pepsico Foundation Support Communities Of Color<\/h4>\n
