Martina Awad serves as the Philanthropy Assistant at The Miami Foundation, supporting donor engagement, stewardship, and the administration of Donor Advised Funds. She brings a strong background in community-driven work, data-informed program support, and nonprofit fundraising, shaped by her experience across Miami’s and Houston’s philanthropic ecosystems and more than a decade of leadership with TECHO.
Martina holds a B.A. in Psychology and Social Policy Analysis from Rice University, where she completed a capstone project with the Harris County Judge’s Office focused on strengthening educator pipelines. Passionate about expanding access to opportunity in Miami-Dade, she is committed to helping donors create meaningful and lasting community impact.
