Developing Leaders
As our resources have grown, so has our role in this community. Our mission now extends beyond philanthropy to advancing a civic agenda that shapes a greater Miami.
Preparing the next generation of leaders is critical to that effort. Our leadership programs deepen the civic knowledge of emerging leaders and invest in their growth, benefiting our community. We couple that with our broad work to step up and address important quality-of-life issues as informed by the Our Miami Report. Together, our efforts build a more supportive place to call home that retains the talent needed to sustain our long-term progress.
