Give Miami Day
Since 2012, Give Miami Day has raised more than $100 million for 1,000-plus community nonprofits, making it one of the nation’s largest annual giving events. Give Miami Day serves as a testament to the boundless generosity within the hearts of Miami’s residents. It is a day when everyone comes together across all lines of difference to strengthen Miami, and it is a day where every person can be a changemaker.
Unrestricted Funding
We host Give Miami Day because it helps make the vital work of nonprofits possible. This day is the biggest fundraiser of the year for hundreds of nonprofits, and with 100% of donations being unrestricted, Give Miami Day enables nonprofits to have the resources necessary to flexibly meet the needs of our community. Prizes and bonuses offer additional opportunities for nonprofits to win extra dollars during Give Miami Day.
Capacity Building Opportunities
Just as important as the funds raised during Give Miami Day are the capacity and community building opportunities offered to organizations in the lead-up to and on the day of the event. These trainings invest in the sustainability and success of 1,000+ Miami nonprofits by strengthening their fundraising capacity, fostering collaboration, and amplifying their social impact.

Organization Endowments
An endowment helps to ensure long-term financial sustainability for your organization. The Miami Foundation will help you establish a Fund intended to maintain assets in perpetuity, while providing annual support for programs and operations.

Community Grants

Fiscal Sponsorships
Fiscal sponsorship enables a charitable project to operate and solicit charitable donations under the umbrella of The Miami Foundation’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
