Joane Ketant is the Scholarships Officer at The Miami Foundation. She leads the foundation’s growing scholarship portfolio and supports the Grands Administration team in reviewing and processing scholarship payments. Originally from the beautiful city of Miami, Joane holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the illustrious Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace certificate from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining The Foundation, Joane spent the past 5 years working as a Community Health Educator and Assistant Director of Education in the nonprofit sector, primarily serving youth in underrepresented communities across South Florida.
