As Content Manager, Grace leads content strategy and development for the Foundation’s Collective Impact team in addition to the organization’s email marketing efforts. She helps get the word out about all that’s going on at The Miami Foundation through various storytelling initiatives.
Prior to joining The Miami Foundation, Grace helped bring Miamians closer to each other and to their city as the publisher of The New Tropic, a daily e-mail newsletter. She took over The New Tropic in 2022 after several years running Douglas Digital Marketing, a firm she founded to serve individuals and organizations in the sports industry. Beyond entrepreneurship, Grace has held positions with some of the biggest brands in sports, including the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans, the USC Trojans, and NBC Sports. Grace is a proud Miami native and graduate of the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism.
