Pamela Hollingsworth, an early childhood content expert, strategist and advocate, is Senior Vice President for the Office of Strategic Initiatives, Engagement and Program Development for the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe (ELCMDM), one of the largest non-profits in South Florida. Pamela has served at the Coalition for 14 years and is a member of the senior leadership team. As a C-suite member, Pamela sets the strategic direction for the agency’s educational programming by identifying promising trends and builds innovative partnerships at the local, state and national levels to advance the agency’s mission and goals.

Hollingsworth, a self-described visionary, disruptor, innovator and program architect, is as comfortable testifying before Congress or addressing the business community as she is facilitating meetings with grassroots organizations. She maintains a strong presence in the early learning space and is boots on the ground in preschools in Miami-Dade county’s most vulnerable and marginalized neighborhoods.
