Pauline Green is the Executive Director of The Alliance for GLBTQ Youth, an organization committed to unleashing the innate internal power of queer youth in South Florida. The Alliance for GLBTQ Youth provides mental health services and leadership programming for queer youth while advocating for their equal rights and equitable treatment.  

Pauline has dedicated her career to working with and for young people who face systemic oppression and marginalization, with a specific focus on Black and Brown youth and LGBTQ youth. She serves on several non-profit and community boards committed to advancing equity and justice, including the Miami-Dade County LGBTQ Advisory Board, Black Girls Matter Miami, Engage Miami, and the Miami Foundation’s Community Advisory Board.  Pauline is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans and the University of Miami School of Law where she was a Miami Public Interest Scholar. She loves to eat well, dance freely, and spend time with her husband, Damion, and their wire-fox terrier, Dexter.
