Community Grants
The Foundation’s signature bi-annual grant program invests in community organizations working in the areas of Health, Economic Stability, Inclusion, Arts, Environment, and Youth. The 2023 application cycle closed on March 10, 2023.
Safe Communities
Annual grant program in partnership with the State Attorney’s Office that strives to ensure safety and opportunity for all Greater Miami residents by investing in education and economic mobility, health services to overcome substance dependence, and collective action to improve community safety.
Capacity Building
Ongoing investments in strengthening local nonprofit organizations and their leaders.
Music Access Miami
Bringing the transformational power of music education to all youth. These grant programs offer capacity building, general operating, and program support for music organizations serving youth and families across Miami-Dade County. Learn about the new Catalyst Grant here.
Miami Open for Business
The program aims to empower historically underserved nonprofits and small businesses to build generational wealth and resilience by purchasing and owning critical assets such as technology, equipment, vehicles, inventory, and property.
Miami Connected
Grant funding to expand digital equity programming and elevate Greater Miami’s digital ecosystem for all.
Miami Disaster Resilience Fund
Grant funding to support disaster preparedness and support equitable long-term recovery efforts.
LGBTQ+ Equity Fund
Grant funding provided in collaboration with the National LGBTQ Task Force focused on improving the quality of life for all LGBTQ residents, particularly our community’s most vulnerable populations.
Racial Equity Fund
Supports investments in Black-led organizations addressing and eradicating system racism in Miami.
Pérez CreARTE Grants
Bi-annual grant program in partnership with The Jorge M. Pérez Family Foundation that seeks to support a thriving, equitable arts community by making investments in arts access, arts education, and artist fellowships and residencies.
Sankofa Sistas Giving Circle
Annual grant program focused on empowering Black women and girls.
