Scott Hansel is President and CEO of Chapman Partnership, the foremost provider of emergency housing in Miami, in close collaboration with the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust. He exemplifies visionary leadership in emergency housing and social entrepreneurship. With an unwavering commitment to empowering families and individuals, Scott leads a nationally recognized organization that offers comprehensive programming and wraparound services, creating a clear path towards long-term self-sufficiency and housing stability. Under his guidance, Chapman Partnership continues to make a profound impact, transforming lives and fostering enduring independence for those in need.
Scott is on the Executive Committee of the Housing Leadership Council of Palm Beach County, working to foster sustainable homeownership, develop affordable housing and provide needed capital to build strong, thriving communities. Additionally, Scott serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Partners of South Florida. Most recently, he graduated from the NeighborWorks Achieving Excellence Program, in collaboration with Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Scott holds an MBA from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky.
